I was interested in trying a new place that both my friend, who has some food restrictions, and I could both find things we liked to and could eat. Boy, was I disappointed. Three of the four items I tried to order weren’t available, our poor waiter had to keep coming back each time to tell me the item was no longer available, the fourth time, again no longer available but could make it with a substitution. I said yes because I didn’t want to be difficult and I was tired of ordering things and then finding out they weren’t available. I asked for some toast to go with it, given some of the items I originally wanted included toast. Not only was I charged for the toast it was partially burnt . My friend’s avocado toast was so thick both with crust and height that she needed a steak knife to cut it. Based on this experience and the fact the food was just okay, I wouldn’t go back. Hostess was super nice- props to her. Waiter nice but given all the problems could have checked back a few times to see how we were doing.

Excellent bowls, good quality salmon, great guacamole but horrendous chips, efficient, friendly staff. BUT always find staff overwhelmed and insufficient to accommodate customers. Something has to be done to rectify persistent understaffing.

We arrived for an early dinner on Saturday, 9/21. I wanted the Spaghetti Squash Chicken Parmasan. I was told that they were out of the ingredients to make the sauce. The restaurant was relatively empty, how could they have run out of the ingredients so soon? Kind of poor planning....ruined my dinner as I am limited in what I can eat....I picked True Food because I it was advertised as having Keto/low carb items. But the food was tasty. I will go back to try the Spaghetti Squash Chicken Parm. Hope they have it next time.
