Chef Gaetano Ascione brings international flair to Indiana. A native of Italy, and fluent in five languages, Chef Gaetano Ascione brings international flair to Munster, with experience, teaching, owning restaurants, consulting, and running hotels on four continents – Asia, Europe, Africa and North America. He served both Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan as Chef de Cuisine at the Georgetown Club in Washington, D.C., and served as Executive Chef for the Inaugural Banquet for President Nelson Mandela in South Africa.

He is a member of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs 1248-1950, the American Culinary Federation, and the Gruppo Virtuale Cuochi Italiani. Ascione was a finalist in the “Chef of the Year” competition at the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore in 2001.

First time diner and took advantage of the free birthday dinner/dessert offer. Restaurant is beautifully decorated, lit and comfortable. Server was prompt, friendly and efficient. Food was hot and flavorful. Will certainly go back for other special occasions.

The garlic spinach was very blah. Also the carbonara was not classic and didn’t have much flavor

It was my First time at Fiori. The food was fabulous and service wonderful. I will definitely be returning.

The customer service and the environment was amazing. My husband and I went for our anniversary and they brought us dessert at the end of our dinner which was really sweet and generous of them. Our appetizer and my husband's meal came out great but my pasta was cold and lacked flavor and was dry.

A little on the pricey side however, the food was unbelievable. Will definitely be going back.

The concept of the restaurant is a little confusing with the split between True BBQ and Fiori but the food is excellent from either side. Our server was great-knowledgeable about the food and the wine and very attentive. There is so much on the menu I want to try so we will definitely be back!!!

The food and service were great. They have a very nice outdoor patio. It should be busier. Check it out.
