Le Trinity a rouvert ses portes en octobre avec la même philosophie, la même culture et la même équipe tout en proposant un nouveau décor rafraîchissant qui a su conserver sa sophistication. Il reste une institution à Clapham. Son coin repas en plein air peut accueillir 24 personnes tandis que la salle à manger possède une capacité de 50 convives. Elle offre désormais une vue dégagée sur une cuisine ouverte et comporte des banquettes. Elle arbore en outre des tons doux de vert jade et de rose pâle. Fidèle à son style de cuisine, le nouveau menu se concentre sur l'interprétation d'Adam des grands classiques dans un cadre décontracté et abordable. La cuisine propose un menu de 3 plats avec 6 entrées, plats et desserts, à des tarifs individuels. La carte des vins reste de grande qualité avec la carte des vins du Chef (il faut ajouter la TVA et le droit de bouchon) qui augmente en quantité et en qualité ainsi qu'avec l'augmentation du nombre de conteneurs jusqu'à 400 à observer dans la cave à vins installée au premier étage.

Encontré este restaurante en Instagram en big jaw, recomendación de los mejores chefs de Londres Trinity fue justo lo que quería. Restaurante muy muy bueno. Lugar sencillo elegante con clase y la cena espectacular. Todo Muy muy bueno !!

We had an amazing lunch at Trinity. The beef tartare was a highlight—perfectly prepared and flavorful. I finished with tarte tatin for dessert, which was equally lovely. The service was outstanding, super friendly, and really added to the experience. Highly recommend!

We went here for our 3rd anniversary and cannot recommend it enough. The staff were knowledgeable and kind and the food was to die for. If you want the tarte tatin though, make sure to pre-order it as they do have a limited number they make and it is so worth it!

Overall a pleasant evening, the service was fantastic with lots of nice little touches. We did feel a little let down by the food, the steak tartar and the honey souffle were great dishes but all others were not. The biggest let down was the duck and the salmon, both were bland in taste as well as the sauce not really having any substance or flavour. Perhaps we expected too much but I think this quality of restaurant you expect plates of very good food and not average.

Five stars for food and service. Three and a half for the wine and pricing of the wine. The food is absolutely worth it. The flavours unique and not overpowering. Beautiful. Sumptuous. However the price of the wine doesn’t match the quality.

Great food & service. Especially noteworthy were the Tuna, Salmon & Lamb dishes of the 8 we had between us but everything else was very good too.

Absolutely amazing dishes, great attentive service and a wonderful experience all round. My partner’s birthday was completed with the little extras the restaurant provided. We will return for the evening menu next time. Look forward to returning
