The food was fine. I have been to the Trattoria many times and had much better so I was a little disappointed; but I would still go back. The service, however, was excellent. I am happy to give a shout out to Lisa who is truly a professional and a pleasure!

Every time we have dinner here is always an experience. From Scott who greets you with a firm handshake and a hello , to Maureen who always has a smile on her face to Ethan who services the tables with water and bread. The staff there are incredible always ready to fulfill your eating experience. The food there is the best, believe me you will not regret dinning at Trattoria Romans in Wakefield. This place is the best

Would have been a perfect evening but the female hostess was strange and rude when we were being seated. Our reservation was for 5:00 and we walked in the door at 5:08. The hostess took us to our booth (requested) and stopped at the table abruptly. She turned and said she needed to see if there was a 5:30 reservation for this booth! She left and came back quickly saying no it’s for 6:30! I stated I thought the COVID rules/restrictions were over! She stated that she could give us another table. I said another booth? She said no - a table. I just told her we would keep this both - thank you! She stated she needed the booth at 6:30!!! There were two other booths and both were EMPTY! She finally walked away after I said thank you two more times! We only had an entree each with drinks and walked out at 6:24! We have dined here many times and have never had a bad experience, otherwise we would have walked out! My wife was shocked by the woman’s treatment and attitude towards us. We are senior citizens from the local area and dress well for dinner. I will find the manager in my next visit - I wanted to make the best of the rest of our evening!

A regular dining place for us but not our guests. They had never been to TRATTORIA but that’s about to change! They loved our dining experience and can’t wait to return. And another FAN was made. Thanks

We went for our anniversary. Server was wonderful! They brought us two complimentary flutes of champagne. Food was delicious and we loved the inside of the restaurant. Would definitely go again!
