Le Trattoria Il Mulino - Nashville, le célèbre restaurant concept chic et décontracté de l'emblématique Il Mulino New York, lance sa quatrième trattoria au Hilton Nashville Downtown. Vous pourrez savourer une cuisine italienne traditionnelle de la région des Abruzzes, préparée par la chef exécutive de l'Il Mulino New York, Michele Mazza, avec la collaboration du chef Thomas Cook qui apporte des influences de Nashville au menu. Concoctée uniquement à partir des meilleurs produits, la carte haut de gamme mariant cuisine inspirée des Abruzzes et saveurs de la Ville de la Musique se compose de plats authentiques, agrémentés d'une touche moderne et créative. My wife had the salmon, she mentioned it was the best she had ever had. I had the bone in pork chop, which was cooked perfectly and the mango salsa was a nice pairing. This was our first visit and we will be going back.

Super expensive!!!! But absolutely phenomenal. We both got moderately priced meals, but still ended up around $200 for the two of us. But 10/10 would go back.

The staff are some of the most amazing people I’ve seen work as a team. I’ve dined many places & worked in a lot of kitchens myself. They are so graceful, well paced, & friendly! The communication between them seems so smooth & the food was plated at our table quickly. The quality of the dishes were spectacular! I got the special of the day(scallops, lobster bisque risotto, & brussel sprouts) & my boyfriend had lasagna. We truly had a wonderful experience! We will be back to dine with you again no doubt! Thank you so much!

What a wonderful little gem in Nashville! My husband and I enjoyed this restaurant very much - the staff were kind, the restaurant was clean, and the food was ~excellent~. We ordered a goat cheese ravioli, lasagna, charcuterie, board, Brussel sprouts and margarita pizza. Not one thing was a miss… I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be coming back in the near future!
