Originaire de la région du lac de Côme, dans le nord de l'Italie, Dario Bordoli a bien sûr grandement inspiré le menu ainsi que l'atmosphère de la Trattoria Dario. Vous bénéficierez d'un service à la fois haut de gamme, professionnel, amical et souple. Le chef Mathew Pope officie aux fourneaux, lui qui s'est taillé un nom au sein de The Tides, autre restaurant parmi les meilleurs de Vero, avant de rejoindre l'équipe de Dario. Matt met l'accent sur la fraîcheur et l'origine locale, particulièrement les fruits de mer et les ingrédients. Bien que le restaurant corresponde bien à un établissement gastronomique, le splendide bar affiche un côté sportif, apportant une touche de décontraction à la formule originale. Always a quality meal at a decent price. Whenever we have been there have never been disappointed. The salmon is done perfect, and we enjoyed the Wedge and Beet salad and then shared Lemoncello sherbet for dessert. Plan to go back again soon.

The food was delicious. Service is excellent. The noise level could get high. Overall an excellent choice for Italian food in Vero Beach. My favorite restaurant.

I've eaten here before, and it was lovely, but this wasn't their best night. The fish filled had bones in it, although the waitress got me a new dish really quickly. But the pappardelle was all kind of cold, and the beggars purse pasta was overly sweet. The bruschetta was great, though. Oh, and it was pretty noisy.

As usual, the food always meets our expectations, the staff and the warm, friendly atmosphere always make our visit to Dario’s an enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Very limited options if you are gluten free. Options are salad, fish, proverbial flourless chocolate cake/torte, box penne pasta. I can make those items at home better. There are menu items they could make GF (polenta croutons but they dip in flour to fry) but don't & unable/unwilling to modify. They make most pasta fresh but not one GF option. Service good & this restaurant always open. If GF recommend getting grilled chicken breast with marinara sauce & cheese, lots of wine.
