Originaire de la région du lac de Côme, dans le nord de l'Italie, Dario Bordoli a bien sûr grandement inspiré le menu ainsi que l'atmosphère de la Trattoria Dario. Vous bénéficierez d'un service à la fois haut de gamme, professionnel, amical et souple. Le chef Mathew Pope officie aux fourneaux, lui qui s'est taillé un nom au sein de The Tides, autre restaurant parmi les meilleurs de Vero, avant de rejoindre l'équipe de Dario. Matt met l'accent sur la fraîcheur et l'origine locale, particulièrement les fruits de mer et les ingrédients. Our favorite restaurant in Vero! Always love sitting on the veranda. Attentive wait staff and fabulous food. Always good to see Dario right there in the mix.

Been here for years. Sat outside. Plenty of tables but had to wait due to limited servers. Not the restaurants fault. Chicken Parm very dry and tough. Rest of meal good. Server forgot our bread and socialized with another table for quite awhile leaving us with marginal and extremely slow service. Sign of the times. Regardless, this is a nice place and I will be back.

It’s a quality restaurant great choices in cuisine I had filet mignon the best mashed potatoes green beans and mushrooms were extremely good. The service is always top notch and Dario is the man behind the screens but is active all night long. DJ

Food and service was fantastic! Our server Sebastian was very personable and made great recommendations. We sat outside on the patio and it was very enjoyable.
