This place looks like it could have been very cool in the early 2000’s but they have let it go quite a bit. Service was excellent but the food was subpar and they were giving tours to future clients while patrons were dining. Not a good spot for a special evening.

Had a wonderful evening that started in bar, had a few drinks. Great atmosphere and bartender prepared beautiful tasty cocktails. Seated for dinner and we ordered the Imperial beef and Teriyaki grilled pork chop which was delicious, lots of fresh vegetables and meat very tender and flavorful. Our server Sam was very attentive and made our dining experience memorable. Came to the Hilton just to go to Trader Vics and we will certainly be back.

We had a wonderful time celebrating with Tiki drinks in our Hawaiian shirts. The food was excellent, as always. Lakiesha was great and she answered all our questions about appetisers and entrees. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Just came for after dinner drinks 🍹! What a fun date spot. Drink menu was an absolute experience. We talked to every table around us about the different drinks we all were experiencing! So fun and delicious 🤤!

Our food took over an hour and it was flavorless. I wanted to enjoy, and loved the nostalgia, but the food just wasn’t good.

It’s a charming 70’s Polynesian time capsule of a space. Cozy and inviting. Our server Samantha was so great. She was friendly, attentive and great at her job. The food needs an update but the drinks were strong and well made. We would go back for drinks and to soak up the fun ambiance again.

Fun fixed-price luau night at Vic’s with a really excellent buffet menu, Polynesian dancers, and a rum tasting. Kudos to them for pulling off a fun event! The DJ’s playlist was a bit weirdly club-retro generic dance tunes and z(except during dance performances) mostly lacking Hawaiian music or anything vaguely on theme, but that was really the only off note part of the event.
