One of the most memorable evenings ever! Had a blast and enjoyed every second of the evening- it was a true voyage around the South Pacific! Randall the Trader Vic's tour guide gave us an in depth history of the restaurant's history and the artifacts. Jesus the manager was wonderful making sure our experience was perfect! You do not get this treatment at many restaurants today!

This dinner was an experience I will never forget and it capped a week of My Birthday Celebration! The food and service were fantastic and the backdrop of the restaurant made me feel like I was in Polynesia. That’s one more thing off my bucket list, however I have a feeling it will stay on my list for many more years.

When we were seated, we were informed that our time in the restaurant was limited to 90 minutes. However, it took 40 minutes just to receive our drinks. Several menu items were unavailable, we weren’t offered any soda refills, and we were given the wrong check. If it weren’t for the great company and the tiki vibe, the experience would have been a complete disappointment.

I've always heard great things about dining at Trader Vic's. It's such a fun venue and the menu looks great! But our party of four had a tremendously disappointing experience when we dined here the Wednesday before DragonCon. The appetizers were not good (we had the pu pu platter - the ribs were tough and overcooked; the crab rangoon was room temp and dry) and the mains were fine but mediocre - not worth the premium prices on the menu. We were told Trader Vic's would not do ANY menu substitutions during DragonCon (someone asked for french fries as a side instead of mashed potatotes - not a complicated request for a $45 dish) and our waiter was consistently rude throughout the meal and made us feel like an imposition for coming in. We won't make a reservation for next year.
