Trademark is the neighborhood bar for a remarkable neighborhood. With a nod to our close friends at the U.S. Patent and Trade Office, we take our inspiration from the innovators whose once daring ideas set the standard.

Then knowing exactly what the standard is, Trademark enjoys nothing better than tweaking it. Someone else had the brilliant idea to combine pork with beans, macaroni with cheese and gin with vermouth. We simply came up with a way to make you think you’re tasting them for the first time.

The mixologists behind our bar program understand that some drinks are made to forget a hard day, others to foster inspiration, and still others to toast old friends and instant acquaintances. We also noticed that good things happen when the atmosphere is properly stimulating. You’ll find the mood at Trademark as comfortable as it is inventive.

    Food was fine, server was much better on 6/9 than the one we had on 6/8. Seated at hightop table next to the bar and the upholstery was worn, had tears and in need of replacement. This place seemed short-staffed considering the number of tables occupied.

    Small menu, but great food. The portions were huge! The fish and chips could easily feed two people! We had reservations towards the end of happy hour and it was quite loud and hard to hear at first (not great acoustics) but after it settled down a bit it was easier to hear others at your table. Service was a bit slow, but it’s because they appeared to be short staffed that night. There was one woman who was running the whole floor, including attending to the hostess stand and phone. She was working her tail off taking care of everyone and running food as fast as she could, I give her credit for managing so many tables at once! I would definitely stop in again and grab drinks and try some appetizers. I think they also change out a few items their menu regularly to keep it fun and interesting.

    Lovely ambience for a quiet meal for two. We had fish and chips which was a good sized fillet and not the mini goujons you would get in other restaurants. Fish was nice with a reasonable batter.

    It was a good experience because of the service. Apan was great!! Even though my food (salmon w/the cauliflower purée) wasn’t good the other plate wasn’t bad at all. The purée was cold; however the management was gracious to take it off the bill..

    Our server was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. Our food was very good (salmon, burger and crab cake) and recommend all of our dishes. Particularly when you taste the side dishes you understand that the kitchen really knows what it is doing. Be aware that this is a restaurant in a hotel so while it is decorated nicely, it is still cavernous.

    I didn’t realize it’s a hotel restaurant. I would not go back but fine place to dine if you’re staying there

    The menu was not the one in the website. The service was very slow for the volume of patrons. The experience was very poor.
