Tosca is the flagship restaurant of Eat Well Inc. Open for dinner only, Tosca is located on historic Hingham Harbor and offers creative regional Italian cuisine focusing on fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods, and an open kitchen from which executive chef Kevin Long takes center stage.

                    I have always loved Tosca and have given it many chances. It’s just not that great anymore. I don’t think the food is as good as it was when Ken Oringer was there. We had lobster stuffed shells last night. They were dry and not that tasty. For $39 I should be wowed. Service was ok. It was busy so I’ll give them a pass. The only thing that has remained constantly good is the drinks.

                    We’ve never had a bad experience at Tosca. The food is delicious. The servers are always friendly and professional. And the smell of the brick oven really adds to the atmosphere.

                    As always we enjoyed a delicious meal from start to finish. Tosca is bar the finest restaurant south of Boston.

                    Every bite I took was incredible. Started with the pear and prosciutto pizza w/ arugula, balsamic, and Gorgonzola cheese, absolutely incredible. Then we had a butternut squash pasta that was out of this world. Last part of dinner was the sirloin medallions with garlic potatoes and asparagus, again cooked perfectly and great flavors. The service was great as well. Will highly recommend to family and friends
