Le Tosca est le restaurant emblématique de l'Eat Well Inc. Ouvert uniquement pour le souper, le Tosca est situé dans l'historique port Hingham et propose une cuisine italienne régionale créative centrée sur les saveurs fraîches de la Nouvelle-Angleterre, élaborées avec des produits locaux et de saison. Aménagé dans le bâtiment du Granary Marketplace datant de 1910, le restaurant reconnu prend des allures de théâtre avec ses briques apparentes, son carrelage importé, ses éléments en bois d'acajou et sa cuisine ouverte depuis laquelle le chef cuisiner Kevin Long tient le rôle principal.

Regulars.... Very good, lamb Chops 4.6 with mint jelly/ potatoes , Filet Mignon 4.0 , Cake bread Vino, pudding excellent.

Tosca gets it. Their staff is attentive and knowledgeable, their food is fantastic and the warmth and ambience make this restaurant an excellent choice for a business dinner (that was why I chose it this time), a romantic/date night dining experience or a night out with friends.

Very nice dinner. The white truffle pizza is always a good way to start. The specials were excellent. Service from Caroline was very engaging and efficient. All around great experience and meal.
