Le Tosca est le restaurant emblématique de l'Eat Well Inc. Ouvert uniquement pour le souper, le Tosca est situé dans l'historique port Hingham et propose une cuisine italienne régionale créative centrée sur les saveurs fraîches de la Nouvelle-Angleterre, élaborées avec des produits locaux et de saison. Aménagé dans le bâtiment du Granary Marketplace datant de 1910, le restaurant reconnu prend des allures de théâtre avec ses briques apparentes, son carrelage importé, ses éléments en bois d'acajou et sa cuisine ouverte depuis laquelle le chef cuisiner Kevin Long tient le rôle principal.

Always wonderful food and service. It is a great place for a special dinner or just a Saturday night out. The service is supberb and the food is excellent.

Amazing Valentines Day special experience! Delicious cuisine that we always expect from Tosca, topped off with amazingly attentive service and tables decorated with rose petals and candles everywhere. Wonderful ambiance enhanced with 2-piece jazz musicians covering favorites across the generations.

Daniel was amazing! We were celebrating a recent promotion and he was so helpful. We enjoyed the Tomahawk and a delicious bottle of wine. Will certainly be back.
