    Joeseph was the mixologist, and he was exceptional and upbeat, and made the evening so enjoyable We opted to eat at the bar with him and had a wonderful experience. The deviled eggs were phenomenal

    We appreciate the attempt by the chef to be creative, but the dishes we ate were all significantly flawed. For example, the Hamachi Tartar was beyond over-spiced. Hamachi is a delicate fish - the spice was overwhelming (and some of us like spicy food), rendering the fish tasteless. Another example was the Tomato Tart. We have had granita with brioche in Sicily. If the spicy sorbet was an attempted homage to the Sicilian dish then it did not work. All in all, the sorbet added nothing to the dish. And what the heck is “magic dust”. No magic - “bibbidi-bobbidi-bad”. And it was not a tart! if it was supposed to be a deconstructed tart - say so - it presented more like a burger roll. Finally, the melon salad was over-seasoned, hiding the beautiful flavor of the fruit. It was also over oiled. Now to the papadum. Covering the entire dish with the papadum did nothing for the dish or its presentation. Given the Open Table ratings and a local recommendation, it was a very very disappointing dinning experience.

    Wonderful experience at Torc. Great menu variety, superb service and exceptional food quality. We were a group of 8 and the chef served us family style which was perfect. Great ambiance. Highly recommend you visit Torc.

    Torc is an especially delightful restaurant on Main Street in Napa. The service was very attentive with great explanations of the menu and choices. It is a great restaurant for a special occasion. We elected to have seafood that evening and loved the Diver Scallops and Red Snapper dishes. Tasty and creative sauces with the starters and entrees.

    This restaurant never disappoints. The food is always delicious and beautifully presented. The wine list is excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant.

    Beautiful space. Creative menu. Unique and delicious. Beautifully presented. Attentive service. On the expensive side for sure, but worth it. Lots of vegetarian options.
