I have taken guests from out of country (often from China) to your restaurant on several occasions over the past several years and most often it is a treat that they enjoy immensely. However I'm sorry to report that the experience last night was not very satisfying at all and all 5 of my guests complained about the service to which I'm afraid that I have to agree. We arrived at the restaurant at approximately 6:30 PM, and were immediately seated. Our order was placed about 20 mins later. After 45 mins had passed I enquired as to when our meals would arrive and was informed that due to the fact that the steak was ordered well done our order would take another 10-15 minutes. This alone is a ridiculous excuse as we all know that yes it will take a few minutes longer but a well done steak does not take more than a few minutes longer to cook. Our order finally arrived at 8:20 pm. There was no apology or any acknowledgment from your staff as to the unacceptable delay in getting our meals. Additionally this meant that we spent much more time at your facility than was anticipated which resulted in a complete disruption for the rest of our evening. I'm very displeased and embarrassed by our experience. The fact that I was still required to pay a large gratuity does not sit well with me. I tip on overall service and do not appreciate having to tip for substandard service. This is a policy that needs to be reconsidered and the option to tip or not tip and the amount of the tip should be at the discretion of the customer and not an expectation. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at your facility and at this point I am not sure that I will return with my guests.

The restaurant is amazing. The 2 issues I had was the kitchen ran out of paper that shows our order, so our main entree took quite awhile (about 30 min after our appies). By this time we weren’t very hungry. The steak I had was over peppered. Otherwise our first time there was pretty good.

We had a really great time. We were in Vancouver to jump on a cruise and decided to make a reservation for dinner while we were there. The views are amazing from the revolving side. We got there in time for the sunset, which was spectacular. Food was great, price was very reasonable and the service from Eddie C was exceptional. Next time we come to Vancouver we’ll definitely be making another visit.

We went here to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. The whole experience was spectacular! Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Our server - Eddie was Fabulous, very knowledgeable about the menu and wines, he asked us what we liked and what we we looking for and gave us many options and advice. He truly made the whole experience special and his advice was so helpful. The views were spectacular with an Amazing Sunset. The special touches were special, we had an Anniversary card on our table and a special dessert on the house with a candle to celebrate our Anniversary. All the staff were so friendly. It was our first night in Vancouver for our Anniversary trip and so memorable. I can't imagine anyone not being able to have a fantastic experience here. This is one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Thank You xx 😘
