The service was immaculate, and the ambience exquisite. Despite this, a number of issues persisted. Primarily was the problem of the fire alarm that went off and continued going off for numerous minutes without any explanation or assistance from staff. After the fire alarm went off the food was served and despite being ordered medium rare, both steaks came out at rare and blue rare respectively. On top of this, the asparagus was cold in the middle as well despite being grilled. Overall, the place is incredibly nice and well tailored for a romantic or memorable evening, but be aware that issues may occur. Once again the service was great but the food leaves much to be desired.

The food was excellent. Nicole, our server, was lovely. However, the restaurant itself was a little worse for wear. Dated. I wanted to use the restaurant which was downstairs. I didn’t want to use the stairs, and the only elevator was service elevator. Rather a scruffy elevator. For the price and location of the restaurant, it was very under-par. A little disappointed.

Average food, average beverages. Above average ambience. The shrimp appetizer was a good start The cowboy steak was cooked inconsistently. The drinks could have been made at home. It was an expensive Texas Roadhouse, without the legendary sides.

My family & I genuinely enjoyed the restaurant from the food, to the ambience. The speed of service could have been a bit faster but all in all it was well worth dining and we would dine again!

We had a wonderful experience. The sunset was gorgeous. The bread they started with was so yummy. Our server was incredibly sweet and informative on the food. We started with the gnocchi, which was phenomenal. It just melted in your mouth. We got the Salmon and Filet Mignon with the Mac and Cheese and Brussel Sprouts as sides. Best salmon I've ever had, steak was perfect. Sides were great. Berry Limeade cocktail super tasty. They also brought out a little mini cheesecake for my husband's birthday with a little candle. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to go celebrate his birthday.

The food was very mid but the view was nice. It’s a cool place to grab a drink and just hangout. I wouldn’t suggest going just for the food

Nice restaurant, needed more cleaning and the food needs more flavor. The Duck was terrible , never order the duck. The tenderloin steak was cooked to perfection and had OK taste, but a little better flavoring and would have been outstanding. Service was great and the bread had flavor, so a mixed bag.

This is our 2nd time at Top of the Rock for a very important business dinner meeting. Once again, we had a beautiful view as the sun was setting and truly the most delicious food! The chicken donuts and gnocchi for appetizers were amazing! Our group had salmon, fish and steak for mains and we shared the orange creme brulee, the chocolate bomb (goodness gracious!), the peanut butter tarte and the cheesecake and everything was out of this world. Our server was attentive but not intrusive and we all had the most wonderful business dinner. Thank you!
