    Simple and easy to book reservations online. Had to modify and that was easy as well. The coconut shrimp is divine. Crispy but not oily. The island slaw is perfect with the papaya mango chutney dressing. We ordered the chicken and mango salad which they split for us as requested. The chicken was tender. Salad was the perfect sized portion because we also ordered sliders to go with our meal. Our waiter Nathan was amazing. He even remembered us from our last visit. Friendly and sociable. Enjoyed his rapport with us. Appreciated his drink recommendation. Every visit is a delight.

    We had amazing service with, Nathan! We felt like we were the only ones in a very busy restaurant and it was such a personalized experience. My husband had the frozen mai tai (like a boozy slushie) and I had the happily aperol- both were excellent. We were recommended the ahi tuna poke as a starter, and it did not disappoint! Very fresh ahi, *chefs kiss*. We also ordered for entrees the Thai shrimp and scallops, which were very well liked and the macadamia nut crusted catch of the day (today was Mahi mahi). Mahi mahi was good, but personally felt it was a little bland in flavor. The almond rice was excellent. The bar was crowded during happy hour, and the happy hour food/bevs only apply if sitting at the bar*** Overall, tremendous service, beautiful ambiance and will definitely return! Balcony area where we were seated was absolutely beautiful. Great restaurant!

    One of our favorite go-to places for date night as residents of the Big Island. Always consistently good, friendly staff, and great quality and reasonably price. Poke nachos, mai tai’s, fresh catch is never disappoints. 🤙🏼

    The patio seating, food, and service were great! We were celebrating our anniversary and the waitress was so gracious and attentive! The food was delicious and the ambience was laid back and tropical.

    We have dined here many times as locals and have always had a very positive experience. This is the first time we have sat for 1/2 hour with no water, no service, and no acknowledgment whatsoever after being seated. We finally asked for help! To the restaurant’s credit, they immediately sent a server with water(it’s Hawaii, so hydration is important), and did everything possible to rectify their oversight. The food was outstanding, the server attentive, and the manager made his rounds to ensure our satisfaction. We give much credit to their excellent hospitality as evidenced by a complimentary dessert. This was a true repair and goodwill towards all. We will continue to dine here in the future and give thanks of gratitude for the wonderful Aloha shown to us on this, our first day of celebrating being cancer-free. Mahalos!

    We enjoyed the variety on the menus! Ribeye was fantastic and h the Shi magi was phenomenal. Service was great; Kcb was attentive! Would definitely be back.

    We both had the macadamian crusted mahi mahi. It was fabulous and so was our salad and coffee cheesecake dessert. Our table location was excellent. And our server was great.

    We love this place but as good as the happy hour menu is, go just a bit later so as the crowd has died. We like sitting in the bar area and dawn is amazing - she knows everyone, makes returnees feel comfy and delivers great food. We shared a bungalow salad and I had an appetizer - ahi napoleon - great - perfect portions - hubby had pasta with crab it was tasty. Will go back again this trip for scallop sliders - just the best.
