Le Toku Modern Asian propose une cuisine principalement japonaise avec des influences de Chine, de Corée et d'Asie du Sud-Est. Son menu asiatique moderne est élaboré à partir d'ingrédients et de techniques de cuisson provenant du monde entier. Les propriétaires Gillis et George Poll ont beaucoup voyagé et soupé partout dans le monde. Ils ont pu déguster une variété de plats qui les ont vraiment impressionnée, « les meilleurs des meilleurs ». Selon Gillis,« nous avons répertorié nos favoris ensemble et ajouté nos propres touches uniques ». George met l'accent sur la simplicité et la variété du menu. « Il s'agit d'un menu simple, sans chichi qui vous permettra de souper de la façon dont vous le souhaitez ». Vous pourrez savourer des repas traditionnels composés d'une entrée, d'un plat et d'un dessert ou opter exclusivement pour des sushis pour le souper. Vous aurez aussi la possibilité de commander des cocktails et une table pleine d'entrées et de brochettes à partager. « Le menu est créée pour le partage » confirme George. Vous choisissez quel type de repas vous souhaitez au Toku.

Whether you’re considering a corporate gathering for 30 with a presentation and dinner, a special sit down dinner celebration for 50 or a cocktail party for 100, Toku’s private dining area is the perfect place to entertain your guests. Our spacious restaurant is well-suited for all kinds of parties and corporate events. Our entire facility provides room for up to 150 who wish to enjoy a sit-down function and up to 250 for cocktails. Larger outdoor cocktail parties can be done with the additional cost of a tent.

My Valentine's Day brunch at Toku was a complete disaster. From the moment we were seated, the experience was nothing short of awful. We were crammed into a table right next to the busboy station, making it incredibly loud and disruptive. Servers and other patrons were constantly bumping into us. The atmosphere was chaotic. Plates were dropped with alarming frequency nearby, adding to the already unbearable noise level. The staff seemed oblivious to the mess and noise. We were forced to request forks repeatedly, as they were consistently missing from our table. To add insult to injury, the food was served before they even bothered to clear the previous plates. We eventually decided to take our food to go, as we couldn't possibly enjoy a meal in such a stressful environment. This was meant to be a special Valentine's Day brunch, but instead, it was a deeply unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Good service and nice vibe. But was not blown away by the food. I guess my expectations were higher. It’s decent if you are in the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again. Feels like you are paying for the location and ambiance. 7/10 for me.

Toku is a favorite lunch spot. The food selection, presentation and service are outstanding. There was a lot of “day drinking” going on, which is a tribute to their wine and cocktail selection. A+ all the way.

The male hosts think they work at studio 54!!!! I have had so many bad experiences at these restaurants and most come from the egos of the pathetic hosts working there! The no hat rule is just the cherry on top when most tables are filled with people in sneakers and sweatshirts, pick a lane!!!!
