My wife, daughter and I knew Tien was an outstanding choice for Asian on the coast already. We each decided that this trip we would all try something outside our usual. I tried the crackling steak- you will never ever have had a steak this good in your life. The first bite was heaven and the only sadness was when you had to swallow because that bite was done. My wife and daughter tried a bite each and my daughter pushed her plate aside and reordered the steak for herself. Yes, it’s that good. The service, ambience were outstanding as usual but this dish I cannot emphasize enough how good it was. Kudos to the Chef for coming to the table to tell us about how it’s prepared.

The dumpling appetizer was delicious! I enjoyed the Korean fried chicken. My husband had the wagyu beef rice dish and said it was good, but not great. We would eat here again, but we’d both try different dishes.

This restaurant Never disappoints. Excellent sweet and sour tofu, prepared for husband who cannot eat meat. It was spectacular. He appreciated the effort and is astonished how much he enjoyed it. The wait staff were top notch. Pear martini was excellent. Great view of the water from our table. Wish everyplace could be this good.

I made a reservation thinking it was for hibachi but that option was not offered online so we sat in traditional dining after we were told they could accommodate and add us to the hibachi table. We were not able to order hibachi and honestly the food was not good except for my son’s lo mein. My husband ordered the bulgogi and I ordered shaking beef filet. They did offer free drinks and a dessert to help with the issue but the crème brûlée was the worst I’ve ever had and we did not enjoy our drinks which was the lycee mule and mai tai. It was a nice setting and waitress was very nice as well but just really disappointed with our experience.

Linda was our server and she was fantastic. We had a couple of sushi rolls and the general chicken. It was delicious. Tien is a great place for Asian cuisine!

We had crab Rangoon for appetizers. I had Pad Thai and my husband had Beef Fried Rice. Very delicious food as usual. Great service and atmosphere!
