Lovely venue. Good food. Superb mimosas and wonderful coffee. Our server, Arthur, was attentive, unobtrusive and very pleasant. A very special treat!

We first ate at Tiara last year and it was very good. This past week we ate on terrace at both restaurants (Tiara and Bacchus) at Queen's Landing and were disappointed. Service at both was very slow. We were going to a performance at the Shaw so we ordered from the Tiara "theatre" menu expecting faster service, but it wasn't. It was close to an hour before we got our entrees. Had to reject a salad because of wilted and dirty (literally) greens. They offered to replace the salad but we refused due to time constraint, figuring it might take another 20 minutes to get it. The meat and fish in the mains were good but the sides that came with them were meager, just a couple thin sprigs of broccolini. Don't know if the problem was in kitchen or with service.

Ricardo (sp?) is absolutely wonderful, a true professional!! He takes care of everyone with personal attention to detail, care, and kind words. Try the sangria, he makes it personally! The setting, amongst the summer flowers, is simply beautiful. And best of all, our dog was able to accompany us on the patio.

Waited forever for drinks and then dinner and when the mussels came they were beyond tiny and cold. They did replace them but the overall service level was poor.

Breakfast was not at its best at all. Egg Benedict: Forgotten sauce with overcooked eggs and burnt toast had lost me. With the high price, you do expect the highest level of expertise in all dishes. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the dinner reservation that evening.

Lovely setting, food highly overpriced for the quality and quantity. We had to order bread and still left hungry. Steak was overcooked. Butter knife fell to the floor while our server was at the table and he let me pick it up and put it back on the table and didn’t replace it. Won’t be back
