Best happy hour food on Maui. Great prices and interesting menu. Panoramic crusted as hi tuna roll in curry buerre sauce is heaven! Good beer selection and nice priced HH cocktails. We'll be back.

We had a great time here and our waiter Eric was the best! The food and ambiance was good and thanks to Eric for taking care of us and getting my brother’s special drink mixed at the bar!

All the staff at Three’s Bar & Grill are amazing! We arrived earlier than our reservation and wanted to set outside to enjoy the evening weather. So we sat at the bar for a cocktail while we were assure a table would ready for us in 15 minutes. It was, and they placed a reserved on it to prevent other servers from using it. The manager who greeted our group of 4, kept us informed until we were seated and introduced to Guido our server for the evening. Guido was outstanding and spoke 3-4 languages which was most helpful to one of our members who only spoke Italian. The menu was explained in detail and all of our choices were excellent and the sauces were award winning. One in our party chose to have sushi and we informed it came from a different, in house kitchen, and may not arrive with the other selections, which was ok with us. All food had presentation, textures, and amazing flavors. Guido and all the staff made this a truly GREAT dinning experience. We will return and recommend!

This was our first Happy Hour at Three’s. Delicious and varied appetizer options to go with our Southside Mai Tai’s. Perfect stop after a South Maui beach day.

Food was nothing special. Very pricey! The food came out too quickly which made us think it was prepared earlier in the day or microwaved. Chicken was tough! Ahi was quite good! Overall, the restaurant is trying too hard to be a higher level restaurant, but in reality it was just a couple notches better than Chili’s

We visit Maui every year and tried Threes for lunch on a prior trip. This time we went for dinner. The outdoor patio was lovely however there was little to no room to sit side by side with someone at your own table. It was not comfortable. I was also worried that if I moved an inch to my right, my chair would fall off the patio deck. We first ordered Mai Tais and white wine. The waiter basically abandoned us after our drink orders and 20 minutes later we had to ask if we could order our food. We ordered the jambalaya and surf & turf to share. Both very disappointing. The jambalaya did not taste fresh. The rice was hard like it was reheated and the spicy sauce on the side was too spicy to eat. And we love spicy. The surf & turf shrimp tempura was two tiny pieces but flavorful. The short rib also didn’t taste fresh. It was dry like it was made previously and then reheated with a sauce poured over the top. It was also the smallest piece of short rib I have ever seen. Not a good value for $36. The waiter was asked at the beginning of the meal to split the check, but he forgot when he brought it. Then when he made the change, the total was wrong and he had to correct it again. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Threes except for maybe a lunch.

We had a reservation for 3 at 5:30 on Friday. We arrived about 10 minutes early. One of my party was 98 years old and used a walker, his wife was 85. Because we had a reservation, we bypassed the line. When I got to the counter I told the fellow there that I had a reservation. He checked and confirmed that I had a reservation. But rather than seat us, the fellow at the counter told me I had to go back and get in line and wait my turn. My two companions were left standing, and because they could not continue to stand, they made their way to a table so they could sit down. After standing in line behind about four other couples for 10 minutes, none of whom had reservations, I finally got back to the fellow at the counter, who seated me where my friends were already sitting. My question is, what is the point of having a reservation if you have to wait in line behind the guests who do not have reservations? And why are older patrons, one of whom is disabled, ignored? Very poor service!
