Shout out to Bamboo Room bartender and rum expert Taylor for another fantastic experience! My wife and I are regular guests at Bamboo Room, which never disappoints. But on this particular trip, I ordered two rounds of the Bamboo Daiquiri - this was my first time with that drink. The guest is offered to choose a blend of three rums with just a touch of lime and sugar. Taylor asked me if I had a preference, but I asked him to please put one together for me and I'd like to learn from it. The results were spectacular. He made two different daiquiri's with three rums - both were delicious and were two different drinks based on the rums he chose. The he offered to give me a sip of each rum and walked me through the characteristics. What a great experience, and we look forward to having drinks with Taylor again!

Was ok. Not quite Hawaiian at all. It’s a good try but being a Hawaiian resident falls short. I appreciate the try and was nice but just not what I was hoping for. .

The host and other staff ignored us for about few minutes while they chatted amongst themselves, despite clearly seeing us. They continued to disregard us until I finally informed them we had a reservation. Even then, the host didn’t acknowledge us and waited for me to state my name before silently leading us to a table. I found this behavior incredibly rude, which left a sour impression on what was meant to be a positive experience. I had hoped to introduce a good friend to this place because the drinks are fantastic. Although it wasn’t a great start, the drinks were truly excellent and helped redeem the visit.

We came here with a work group, in town for a conference. Three dots, and a dash was the perfect place to let loose. We enjoyed the fun whimsical drinks, and the atmosphere! Our server was wonderful! And we will definitely be back!

Amosphere was vibrant and truly captured the essence of a tropical underground getaway. Our server, Sofia, was nothing short of amazing—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended beverages that were simply delicious, each crafted with unique flavors that left a lasting impression. If you're looking for a great place to unwind with fantastic drinks and exceptional service, this is a must-visit!
