For the 125th anniversary, guests are invited to enjoy a special three-course set menu, celebrating the best of British seasonal produce and sustainable practices, using locally sourced produce. The 125 years set menu, available from 1st July to 8th August, priced at £125 for two people, including a glass of English sparkling Nyetimber Brut each; is inspired by original dishes, ingredients, and cooking styles from the first Great Central Hotel menu, showcasing the evolution of food over the last 125 years.
