   From the start things went wrong. Our drink order was messed up and the waitress argued with us about it. Then there was a mix up with the salads which she denied as well and when the entrees were delivered, they weren't sure who got what. We have eaten here before and The Winery in Tustin and it was very good. We were very disappointed and may not go back.

   We had a wonderful dinner at The Winery. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with friends. Our waiter Paul was amazing. Great Customer Service.

   Very attentive wait staff. Views of waterfront, yachts, sea life all at sunset romantic and spectacular. Food was tasteful and artfully presented. Extensive wine & cocktail selection

   Second time dining at this restaurant. First visit was very good. This time around my dining experience did not meet my expectations. First of all, I requested a window seating even the General Manager "Richard" put a note on the reservation system. Did not get the window seating even though there was an available window seating. The Maitre D gave the window seats to another patron right after we got seated in a booth which was on the other of the restaurant, which was extremely noisy hard to have a normal conversation. When I told the Maitre D about the window seating request and that the General Manager placed a note on the reservation system, she got blew me off like she didn't hear what I said. Our waitress by the name of Christine made lots of mistakes. Waited over 10 mins before coming to our table and trying to rush us to order our meal. She brought two large San Pellegrino bottle even though we only ordered 1 bottle. We weren't done with the second bottle of the San Pellegrino; she took it away but charged us half of the second bottle. I thought it was kind of odd that she took it away bottle even though we were still eating our dessert. Food was good but the portion this second time around was not the same as the first visit. Our first visit, the General Manager was extremely friendly and loquacious. This second visit, run into the GM at bar area, not as friendly nor chatty the first time around which I completely understood because the restaurant was extremely busy. I would think twice before returning at this restaurant even though the food was great, the service was not the same as our first visit.
