Had a Tuma steak , was dry and overcooked Unable to eat it My wife had the Halibut She could not eat it, overcooked Waiter never asked if any issue with the food The plates were sent back without anything eaten He never asked if their as a problem with the food Restaurant was only interested in going home For a 150.00 dollars we were in and out in thirty minutes Without a doubt one of the worse restaurant I have ever been at

On the way to the restaurant you will pass by Haystack rock, which was an exciting pre meal surprise. Restaurant is clean, roomy, and staff are professional. We arrived 20 minutes early for our reservations, they seated us within 5 minutes in one of the best seats in the house. Food was tasty, well seasoned. We had the Manila clams to start out with, then the seafood bake (crab was so well prepared), salmon and the rib eye. The ribeye melted in our mouths! Even the snap peas and carrots were the perfect crunch and accented our meal perfectly. No dessert for us—we were too full. Ambiance was dark enough for privacy, but with adequate lighting for our dinner. It was great!

We were seated in the bar, so no view but we all enjoyed our meals. The fresh crab was so delicious!

I really wanted to like this place. So many good reviews. Got there last night at 7:45. Reservation time. Some dude finally came around and sat us a few mins later. We ordered a nice Oregon Pinot. Our lovely server brought it out but with bad stem ware. Then poured it without letting me taste. We order apples and main courses. Apples came out, clams and ceviche and good, but the mains came out right after. Like 3 mins after. Ordered seared rare tuna. Came out well done. Risotto was overcooked many hours ago. Food lacked seasoning. Must be new people in kitchen. Service was great. Food was really mediocre. I hope they read this and do better. So much potential there.

I thought the tuna was over cooked. My partner's salmon was excellent. Service was outstanding.

The mixed drinks were the highlight of the dinner. French onion soup was sub par. The onions were not caramelized leading to a bland broth. Salmon was a nice piece of fish and well cooked, but completely lacked seasoning (as did the carrots and snap peas — cooked well but completely unseasoned). The risotto was just awful — it formed stiff peaks like mashed potatoes, also lacked seasoning and was slightly cold. Finally, the bread pudding was a big disappointment—was partially cold as if it hadn’t been heated in the microwave all the way and was relatively dry. No flavor of bananas foster at all. Only took one bite. Would not go back if we travel to Canon Beach again. Not worth the money — not even close.

Our Anniversary night was spectacular. We received the window seat that I requested when I made the reservation. Our server Kelly did an excellent job of making sure we had everything we needed. We will return for more fun and food.

Great dinner with the family. The staff were extremely friendly and made our meal very pleasant. The food was very good, cooked perfectly.

The wait staff were really courteous, attentive and helpful. The food was decent and took a long time to arrive. We sat outside, the patio area is pretty small and the view is partially blocked by the main restaurant building. But the view of Haystack Rock is a sight to behold!
