Thank you for your interest in The Wash House Restaurant, where you will find fine Southern coastal cuisine served in a casual atmosphere. Come and enjoy our great Southern hospitality. Semi-casual attire is accepted and reservations are recommended. Our dining room is open 7 Nights a week starting at 5:00pm.

We have the perfect area for private parties and can handle a variety of groups, clubs and events. If you are in need of catering, we are your catering resource. We will come to you for parties as big or small as you like. Whether it's a camp house, bay house, church, farm, wharf or even your house, we’ll be there. Catering for all occasions. Wherever and whenever you need us, we are there for you.

We had the shrimp stack as an appetizer, salad wedge, I had the scallops, my husband had the filet. We share the key lime bread pudding! We also enjoy the Wash House. The filet was amazing

The Wash House has maintained time-honored traditions & the highest standards through the years! From arrival to departure our experience was excellent in every way. Our server Paige expertly guided us through the menu of our favorite dishes, and the newer items that are new favorites. This is the best place to spend a romantic evening, or enjoy a meal with friends and family. So warm and welcoming! It’s like coming home!

Steaks were overcooked and over seasoned. For filets they were also too chewy and not of fine quality. Gumbo was also too salty. Had to send one meal back for correction; manager comped a round of drinks which was unexpected and appreciated. Salad was much smaller than usual. Portions were relatively smaller as well.

Found this place on a list of hidden gem restaurants. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. I’ll be back next time I travel to this area. Thanks.

This was the second time we’ve eaten here. The first time was excellent. This time, the scallops were not hot and the wahoo didn’t have alot of flavor and was very dry. Our server, Jesse, was excellent. Overall an average meal for $$$

I made reservations over two weeks early and we were seated in the tiny side room with zero ambiance. Other than that, it was a perfect meal.
