The food was great. This was our first time to your restaurant. The service was sub-par. The waitress was nice but was both slow to provide any service and never came back to ask if we wanted anything at all. Then dropped off the check. Also the outside are was very poorly maintained. There were leaves everywhere (they did not just fall, you could tell were accumulating for days) and the bushes and mulch area next to the covered area really needed loving. I was told this was a great restaurant and was surprised the lack of service and maintenance.

NEVER AGAIN. Food was mediocre and overpriced. A few people in our party had to send their entrées back because they weren’t cooked properly. Our waiter took our orders and then we never saw him again throughout entire meal until he brought our check. Extremely poor service & then the audacity to tack an automatic 20% service charge on to the bill. Manager was responsive when we addressed our concerns with her as we were leaving. Too many outstanding restaurants in Baltimore now to tolerate this kind of environment. We will not dine here again.

Service was very poor. We sat for 45 minutes before we were served anything. We waited a long time between courses. Not one apology from anyone. One example, we ordered extra bread for crab dip - it was forgotten, then requested again and served when crab dip already finished - again no apology. Entrees served before table cleared from appetizers. To order a second round of drinks we had to wave our arms and call out to get attention. Our waitress was very overworked- poor staff management. Also the noise level was very loud. Over $300 for 4 for a C minus experience. We will never return.

It took over an hour for us to receive our food on a Friday. We ordered sandwiches about 12:45. After about 40 minutes, we reached out to the hostess. About 5-10 minutes later our waiter returned, I’m assuming he saw there was no food on the table. He asked us if there was a problem! When it finally arrived, the food was good, but the preparation time was the worst we have ever experienced.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant.. The hostess Patty could not have been any nicer and accommodating!! We wanted to sit outside.. she gave us the option of sitting on the Veranda, or on the patio with the umbrellas... we chose the Veranda. Destiny, our server was attentive. The food was delicious.. it was a gorgeous day to eat outside. I had the Mahi Mahi sandwich, which was cooked to perfection! Overall we were very a happy.. and plan on returning again in the near future!

The Hostess was the nicest and most understanding when we wanted to change tables due to a couple issues. Food was excellent and the place is beautiful. Our waitress was fine, but her lack of engagement/emotion was off putting. There was also no recognition of the birthday we had noted as celebrating. Would 100% recommend this place regardless.

Well we were put at the serving door on the porch . It was so loud you could not hear yourself think. The bad part was this is supposed to be a nice place . My gumbo was the single worst plate of food I have ever ordered . If you can’t make gumbo take it off the menu . Being from the south I know gumbo . Same with the Shrimp Fra Diablo Don’t get it . Maybe get a hamburger or the nachos Oh and a 3 and 1/2 oz glass of wine for $15 bucks that was like Mad Dog !! Thanks
