Throughly enjoyed dinner at Twisted Fork this evening. It started from the pleasant hostess Alex to our fantastic waitress Mimi. Our food was great and the proportions were large.

Great menu and service. The atmosphere could use a little bump up because of the high quality of menu and service— but we loved it!

I love their short rib grilled chese sandwich. And their clam chowder is the best in Reno/Sparks. Maybe the best I've anywhere! Carin was our server and she was great & very friendly. This is one our favorite restaurants in Reno/Sparks & we go there often.

The salmon special was excellent and filling. Tiffany has gotten to know our habits and took our order quickly. It is great to have a server who gets to know your ordering habits. Thank You to the entire staff for a great job.

This is the second time in our last three visits that our food was barely warm when served. I had previously written a separate message to the manager hoping that the situation was a one off and easily corrected - but this now appears to be an ongoing issue. Not sure if the problem is in the kitchen or a communication problem between the server and the kitchen or perhaps even an over burdened serving staff, but it needs to be addressed. We have eaten here two to three times a month since pre covid, and have always gone away happy - great food, excellent serving staff. Something is amiss and it is putting a damper on our "date night".
