Le Troll Pub a ouvert le 19 octobre 2011, sous le 2nd Street Bridge dans un espace vieux de 135 ans juste à côté du YUM Center dans l'historique Whiskey Row. Le Troll Pub est un refuge souterrain qui propose un menu de style pub gastronomique avec une large sélection de délicieux produits alimentaires, de bières artisanales, d'œuvres d'art locales et une atmosphère globale unique à Louisville. À quelques pâtés de maisons du Louisville Convention Center et à quelques pas de la plupart des attractions et des hôtels les plus populaires du centre-ville. Il suffit de chercher le Troll au coin de la 2nd Street et de Washington, il vous montrera le chemin.

The crickets were very good. Not too much breading! We also had a burger, chicken fingers and the poutine. All good!!!

We were we were the first customers of the day before a basketball game. Server was pleasant and timely. The fish and chips I ordered was inedible. It was sitting in a pool of grease, the fish was undercooked and the breading just fell off. The coleslaw was completely tasteless. Very disappointed experience.

Ambience was unique and service was great! The food is mixed - eight of us dining. Burgers were good, French dip was fantastic. Chicken and waffle came with burned waffle. Kentucky hot brown was authentic but cheese sauce could have used FAR less flour. The chicken sandwiches and fries were cool to cold - definitely not hot. The overall price was very reasonable, so no complaints there.

This was the most hideous experience. The manager in yoga pants couldn’t get our food to a table. After four other tables were sat, fed, paid, and most had left. Such a disappointment because we were looking forward to the yummy food however, we could no longer wait for food after it being 40 minutes . Manager was exceptionally rude, dismissive, and uncaring . We left paying for our drinks and tipping our waitress who had nothing to do with the experience . Can’t write about the food because we never got to eat it.

The quality, service and value continues to decline. We tried to give them another try prior to a Yum Center event and it was very disappointing once again. The food was not hot, smaller portions than previously and very poor/unattentive servers. This historically was my pregame spot, however that day is over.
