steaks are good but I have had better. The service is excellent. The reason we came to sycamore is the soufflé which never disappoints its phenomenal.

Our 40th Anniversary dinner at the Sycamore Inn was beyond exceptional. It was a special treat for us as well as a great value overall.

We were a little late and it was no problem with the staff. They offered my fiancé and I two different table options. Service was amazing and staff was very attentive and able to make sure we were taking care of. Overall I highly recommend anyone and everyone to dine with The Sycamore Inn

We had a couple issues with the preparation of the food but the staff was so understanding and corrected the issues right away. Was very happy with our service.

I would love to give a better review as our first experience a few years back was so much better, but this visit was not great. First off, I noted on the reservation that this was a special occasion, and nothing was noted. I even called in advance and still no mention. This was not detrimental but was disappointing. The servers were nice but were in short supply, so it took a long time to get simple things like bread. I ordered a filet mignon, medium and my husband ordered a NY strip medium rare. These are our standards, so we know what to expect. Not only were the steaks incredibly under seasoned, but his was over cooked and mine was virtually raw in the middle. I was able to eat around it, but by the time I got to the middle, I felt that I had eaten too much to say anything. It was also fairly close to their closing time, so we did not want to cause any issues. The sides were decidedly mediocre. I can say theta the Caesar salad was delicious. One additional thing I bothered me was that they brought our plates to the table behind us and put them in front of the guests before they realized that it was incorrect. They then picked up the plates, took them back into the kitchen and then brought them right back out through a different door as though we would be non ethe wiser. If we had not been so hungry from the extra-long wait, we would have sent them back- you also never know what goes on in a kitchen when you send food back. Sycamore is a classy place, so I was not too concerned, but just in case. The biggest positive is that although the servers were run ragged, they were very kind and had positive attitudes. Their smiles did not waver. I'm hoping that we can try one more time in the future and that I will be able to update this review.

The food and drinks were excellent, as was Taylor’s service. We love the atmosphere in both the dining room and the lounge.
