Intimate, relaxed, and deeply delicious, dinner at the award-winning Stephanie Inn Dining Room is pure pleasure. Inspired by local ingredients at the peak of their season, Chef Aaron Bedard creates a nightly feast celebrating the flavors of the food mecca known as Oregon.

Kick off your evening with a classic craft cocktail as you await a seasonal prix fixe, four-course dinner, with your choice of entrée. Add on our suggested wine pairings to your meal or a bottle from our prized selection of exceptional Oregon wines that showcase the state’s spectacular variety of producers and styles.
We are happy to accommodate dietary needs, please list needs at time of reservation.

During the winter season, we offer 1 seating at 5:30pm, nightly.

During the summer and spring season, we offer 2 seatings nightly, at 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm by reservation only. Please note that The Stephanie Inn dining room welcomes children over 12 years of age.

Once again the Stephanie Inn dining room proves it’s one of the top dining destinations on the coast. As longtime guests, I can attest that our recent meals were outstanding. I had the Osso Buco, which fell off the bone when my fork touched it. Beloved and child had the halibut, which was delicious. A well paired wine and amazing appetizers were served with perfection. We highly recommend the Stephanie Inn for dining. (And the lodging as well!)

Fabulous. Impeccable 5 star. Michelin level food and service. Location is superb. Stroll the grounds and esp the front lounge for the views.

The tasting menu was perfect. The wine pairings good. The service was spot on, attentive but not hovering. The best meal we have had in Oregon. I would highly recommend eating here while in Cannon Beach.

We dined at the Stephanie Inn this past Labor day weekend, the food, wine pairings and overall experience far exceeded our expectations. We recently dined at a Michelin rated restaurant in San Francisco, and Chef Aaron Bedard and his staff crushed it, absolutely crushed it! From our seating in the middle window, Chef Bedard's presentation, to the recommendations of dessert drinks, made us feel so special. My partner does not particularly care for sushi; however, she was blown away by the Ahi tuna dish. We cannot convey in words just how much you must visit and dine here!

The dining experience was outstanding. Our every wish and desire was met and catered to. The food was amazing and the view of the mountains was very nice.

Among our top ten dining experiences-ever. Wonderful meal, outstanding service, and perfect wine pairing. Plus they did more than “accommodate” my need to be gluten free-they curated a fantastic meal and sent me home with their awesome gluten free bread recipe. Would award six stars if possible!
