Our reservation was for 8pm, but we were running late. We called in and the young lady in the front was nice enough to push our time up to not miss it. When we got there, the environment was beautiful and the staff was nice as well. THE FOOD!! The food came out in an appropriate time and fast. Cooked and season to PERFECTION! S/O to the chef! Overall it was quick nice experience for us on my birthday. We are DEFINITELY coming back. Next time try the Brunch

The food was good but definitely not worth what its priced. Not autentic soul food but its a good version of it. Super cute vibes for a fancy date night on the patio. The shrimp and grits were amazing but not for $32 for like 6-8 shrimp maybe. Didnt get a chance to try out the deserts!

There were eight of us celebrating a friend’s birthday weekend. The restaurant is in a great shopping area of Buckhead. Because they were very busy for brunch we had to wait a bit for our table to be set up. Once seated, the host presented us with a slice of their banana bread, the Mac and cheese and deviled eggs to “make up for the wait!” Right away we were impressed! Amazing cocktails followed and then our orders ranged from avocado toast, chicken and skillet cake, brisket and grits, and omelettes. Everything was outstanding. We were never rushed and enjoyed every bite. Go here, you will not be disappointed!

Very nice date night. Free parking. Nice atmosphere. Drinks and food were very good and reasonably priced. Beet salad, deviled eggs, butternut squash and 1/2 chicken all were good and served nicely. They actually went a little above and beyond. They were out of the Chardonnay I ordered, but they went next door and found a bottle. Very impressed. Good, personable server who was not rushed and overwhelmed. $158 for two before tip.

Have now had dinner and brunch at The Southern Gentleman and both were excellent. Get the hush puppies…I could just eat a plate of them! Chef DJ is a personable host as well.

Food was delicious and decor lovely. Service was subpar. Never asked if we would like refills, my food was delivered missing an element/ingredient, server was civil but conveyed a bit of an attitude. She had a large party plus two 2-tops. Our order was given before the large party but we got our food after theirs. She asked if everything was good but all we were waiting on was food. Never asked to refill coffee or if I wanted a second drink.
