    I took my family from out of town here. It was a small reunion. My brother is a sous chef and couldn't stop raving about the calamari. My nephew and his friend are from Belgium and loved the Smith Burger as much as I do. The Smith is always my go-to restaurant for a delicious meal and to celebrate memorable occasions.

    Wonderful place for Sunday Brunch. Pancakes were our favorite. Goat cheese omelette. Gazpacho all good.

    With a garlic allergy amongst our group, The Smith was very accommodating and attentive to it. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. We will definitely be back.

    Shrimp Tagliatelle was outstanding! Really pleasantly surprised how flavorful it was. Short Rib was good as well. Burger was good but cooked medium well instead of medium rare. Drinks and cocktails were fantastic. Server was excellent as well!

    Our server was great. It was a little noisy. The food was delicious we had eggs Benedict and french toast. Both came out hot and tasted good.

    I very rarely write reviews, but our time at The Smith in the East Village is worth the time. The food was ahhhhmazing. Our server was smart, efficient, and adorable. This restaurant made me wish I live in NYC and could come back again and again, easily.
