Bienvenue à ce restaurant de plage, à la façon de La Jolla. We had a party of 8 for a family birthday brunch on a beautiful Sunday morning. Everyone felt The Shores Restaurant was the perfect place for our celebration. Everyone from the hostess, the excellent servers and the busboys were friendly and professional. We were seated in the outside patio and enjoyed the ocean view with the many surfers. We highly recommend The Shores and will definitely be back.

Nice to have a beautiful oceanfront view. Food was very good! We shared muscle’s to start. Good size & delicious I had salmon that was very tasty. The service was excellent. A very pleasant meal & experience.!

We loved being able to sit inside but enjoy the ocean views. It was quiet and very relaxing and the food was excellent.

Service was good but the menu was limited to brunch only so limited choices - don’t order the clam chowder- it was horrible. Couldn’t eat it. Fish tacos were good.

We have been dining at the Shores for years. Everything was amazing until we left the restaurant and found we were going to be charged a $30 fee for parking in spite of the 2 hour validation the restaurant gave us. We were there 2-1/2 hours so the validation didn’t cover our whole dining experience, and without the 2-hour validation the total fee for parking would have been $50. With the already inflated prices of the food plus this exorbitant parking fee, we will not be returning. My party had 2 cars so our dining experience ended with a $60 fee to park for 2-1/2 hours. I suggest the Shores either cover the whole cost of parking or lower the rate from $30/hr to something more reasonable. We were so disappointed. $60 would have fed 2 more people.
