Le restaurant The Rotunda au Neiman Marcus vous invite à prendre part à une tradition de longue date de San Francisco, en venant y prendre un dîner. Ce restaurant spectaculaire se trouve sous un magnifique dôme de verre construit avec plus de 2500 morceaux de verre coloré. The Rotunda specializes in evening events including wedding receptions, corporate and convention dinners, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners and holiday parties. Holiday parties are especially beautiful with the four story Neiman Marcus Holiday Tree rising up through the restaurant. The floor to ceiling windows offer guests an intimate bird's eye view of Union Square.

The Rotunda can accommodate up to 160 seated guests with a dance floor, 200 seated and 225 standing for evening events. There is a private elevator on Geary Street that takes guests directly to the restaurant after the store is closed.

Great as ever. Pricey but worth it. Can’t beat the old school ambiance, beautiful setting and classic food served by real professionals.

We’ve been many times but this was different - abysmal service. We had our food arrive and inexplicably our utensils and plates were taken away and not returned for 15 minutes (we had to ask 3 times). Nobody bothered to explain the foods on the afternoon service - even though things had been substituted due to a food allergy. No acknowledgment of my food allergy by the server even though I had listed it in my reservation. He stopped by once to ask if we were fine and then dashed off… but had time to converse extensively and make small talk with the table next to us. The hostess was also rude, mispronouncing my name and somewhat micro aggressively mistaking me for another customer of similar heritage (saying well text you when table is ready and then my husband asked her if she had our number only to realize she had the wrong party, wrong name, wrong reservation and wrong phone number). No apology for that mistake either. They were also missing several teas … at least offer a substitute when you are missing things. Miserable.

Wow, what a lovely dining experience. First time having High Tea at the Rotunda. The restaurant is lovely, the service is impeccable and the food was so delicious. As I saw the other dishes passing by, it became apparent that the food here is thoughtfully prepared and looks amazing. Definitely going to return for lunch next time. Our server was attentive, personal and very knowledgeable regarding the selections of tea as well as describing our various savory and sweet dishes. Such a delightful experience with lovely views of Union Square. Highly recommend this restaurant.

A group of us friends has an annual meet-up at the Rotunda. Things have changed over the years and especially since the Covid shut down, but the menu is always an interesting variety of creative ideas with something for everyone, reservations are easy to make, the service is friendly and efficient, as well as patient, supporting us having a good time. Add popovers and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

We had the best experience with the best server Dahn. We were celebrating a birthday and everyone treated our friend so nicely! The food from the start was delicious! Beautifully presented! Just outstanding in every way.
