Le restaurant The Rotunda au Neiman Marcus vous invite à prendre part à une tradition de longue date de San Francisco, en venant y prendre un dîner. The Rotunda specializes in evening events including wedding receptions, corporate and convention dinners, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners and holiday parties. Holiday parties are especially beautiful with the four story Neiman Marcus Holiday Tree rising up through the restaurant. The floor to ceiling windows offer guests an intimate bird's eye view of Union Square.

The Rotunda can accommodate up to 160 seated guests with a dance floor, 200 seated and 225 standing for evening events. There is a private elevator on Geary Street that takes guests directly to the restaurant after the store is closed.

Always a joy to dine at The Rotunda! Service is consistently exceptional, food is delicious, wine list is very complete!

Beautiful design & area under the rotunda of Neiman Marcus with nice views of Union Square. Menu offered wonderful options for lunch, especially composed salads of ample portions. Non-alcoholic beverages were creative & thirst-quenching. Challenges of the meal experience included multiple episodes of mis-communication or none at all with the service staff: change mid-meal of waitress with no explanation, requests by dining guests were ignored. Although, service was friendly there was no follow-through. Host/maitre'd was most apologetic, obliging & professional at all times.

Service was amazing super sweet staff, ambiance 10/10, not super awkwardly quiet but very enjoyable, food was great brought out reasonably quick! Perfext for lunch!

I’ve been here twice in the past for lunch but always wanted to come for the afternoon tea. It’s nice that you can still order from the menu with an afternoon tea reservation. The signature set includes plenty of delicious small bites and desserts. With a beautiful view of the inside of the Rotunda and overlooking Union Square, I highly recommend for the experience!

Just lovely! The setting, in the upper rotunda of the Neiman Marcus department store in downtown San Francisco, right up next to that gorgeous stain glass dome from 1906. Amazing. We had the Afternoon Tea with a delicious Caviar Blini add-on, and Champagne add-on. The tea service starts with a yummy Popover with Strawberry Butter, as well as a wonderful small cup of Chicken Consomme. Each person gets to choose their own pot of Dammann Freres tea. We chose Earl Grey and Nuit a Versailles, both delicious. Next comes the 3 tier-tray with sweet & savory scones on the bottom, served with a butter of some sort, Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves, and Lemon Curd. The sweet scone was the winner. (The savory was a little dry and somewhat tasteless, so we didn't care for that one.) The middle tier had delicious open faced finger sandwiches: Cucumber with cream cheese & dill, Smoked salmon with caviar & chives, Roast beef & Swiss cheese slider, and Mango chicken salad on a small croissant. All superb and lovely. The top tier was the desserts: Sadly, I cannot remember what they were, but there were many and they were all good. Highly recommend.

Its been a while since I have been here. Loved it before, still loving it now. Food was excellent! Enjoyed the tuna tartare and the shrimp&lobster risotto! Shared the special apple bread pudding with cream! Service was attentive and thoughtful! The space beautiful in its natural light. Would always recommend.

Wonderful experience at the Rotunda! The waiter was aware that there was a food allergy by one of the guests and ensured the order would have no issues with cross contamination. Lovely ambience! Will visit again soon.
