Depuis 50 ans, le Rib Room est réputé pour ses plats et son service exceptionnels. Les grandes fenêtres donnant sur Royal Street sont la toile de fond parfaite pour dîner à Crescent City. Les boiseries de la décoration ancienne de style anglais ainsi que les hauts plafonds du restaurant vous inviteront à vous asseoir et à rester un certain temps. Légèrement éclairé et tout aussi confortable, le bar du Rib Room présente le cadre idéal pour savourer des boissons sophistiquées et des crus de la grande carte des vins. Dans la cave à vins du restaurant, vous pourrez demander à profiter de salles privées, la "Pipkin" (poêlon), la "Wine Cellar" (cave à vins) ou la "Roundtable" (table ronde), parfaites pour de petits rassemblements discrets loin de la salle à manger principale. We were there on a busy Mardi Gras day and all of the steaks were hot and cooked perfectly. Sides were a little - meh - but come on, it was mardi gras day! We will go back for the prime rib.

Overall good experience and I'll return. I know it was Mardi Gras night, but they had some strange rules. I can't get a Tito's martini on the rocks, but I can get a cup of Titos with olive juice over ice. I can't get that in a glass (only plastic) but I can get my water in a glass. I totally understand if you only want to use plastic at the bar due to volume and the option to walk away, but I was seated at a table. It's a couple blocks from my house so I'll likely return, but it was clear they were more concerned about their arbitrary rules than their customers which surprised me for a property claiming to be a certain level.

We had a great team providing our meal. The server was training and she did a great time. Food was fabulous. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

We came for our 34th anniversary while on vacation. Service was above and beyond! It was a great experience. The food was amazing. The fried green tomatoes were a delicious appetizer. We really appreciated the unexpected complimentary champagne and dessert to celebrate our day! It topped off our experience❤️

Excellent experience. Everything was perfect. The receptionist was awesome! The wait staff was attentive and extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely flavorful and delicious. The manager came by our table frequently. Overall Excellent experience. Two visits in two days. We will be back.

Food portions were tiny. Servers didn’t know we were seated. Brought our drinks 15 minutes after we ordered them. Front door was locked and had to walk around the block to get in. We stayed in New Orleans for 3 days and this was the worst experience.

Our experience at the Rib Grill was very disappointing. We had to send our food back three times and still not right. Marginal prime rib. Our food server, Ellica, had no business waiting tables. Her knowledge of the menu was absent. She totally forgot our cocktail service and when reminded, she got our order wrong. Don't dress in business casual. Most guests were dressed in athletic gear. We picked this spot over Antoine's. A horrible mistake. Awful dining experience, We complained to the matre'd but no response. Two hundred dollars shot.
