The Queens Arms is a cosy pub hidden under the cobblestones of Edinburgh, and home to the city's Best Sunday Roast.

Food, Service etc all great. Only downside was the table we were sat at was too small for eating. Quite uncomfortable to eat at . But apart from that it was great and I would go back.

Everything was great. The staff were brilliant. Food, drinks, service, top notch. Only problem was the booking system. I booked a table for four hours, which wad offered to me on the website, in order to cover watching a rugby match with plenty of time either side. When I arrived I was told we had the table for 2 hours 15 minutes. A member of staff kindly made sure we could stay at our table for three hours, which meant we could watch the whole game, just. It seems there’s something wrong with the booking system. Please check it out. Next time I’ll book by phone. Same thing with my next booking for another match next month. It’s been sorted by the staff but the website booking system is not working.

Tremendous roast beef. Busy on 6 nations game day but service was exceptional, all staff very friendly and attentive

Recommend Queens Arm for food/drinks - sport (TV) There for Rugby on Sat 1st. Menu choice was good as was value.. Quality of food was very good along with service. Despite being very busy for 2nd game, staff were excellent, service too.

First time in UK and my first experience with pub. Waited maybe 5 minutes for somebody to come and seat us for our booked table, it was kinda busy night. After they seated us, lady gave us a menu and it contained a nice variety of food. I ordered haggis from speciality menu and my partner ordered fish and chips. With that we went for Guinness(they have a Edinburg Black which tasted great). Meal was tasty. Fish was really meaty with great chips and perfect mayo. Haggis was great, only the peppercorn sauce was overwhelming. Overall it was nice. After meal we wanted to try some whiskey. We went for their recommendation. First one they didnt had so they recommend us another. Unfortunately they didnt had also so they refund our whiskey bill and offered us one of basic ones for free. Me as not a whiskey drinker, i pretty enjoyed it.
