This was some of the best quality and tasting food we’ve had, every dish was incredible! Cannot recommend this restaurant. Also the service was so brilliant, Jaz and the team went out of their way to make it such a perfect experience. Perfection!

Its been at least 25 years since I have eaten at this restaurant, still an amazing restaurant with outstanding food. The real essence is that you don't feel like you are eating a chain restaurant but in a unique restaurant, there are many restaurants that have tried to emulate this but all fall short.

Great food and great service at this gem of a restaurant. From the welcome through to the payment of the bill the service was first class. Lots of attention to detail and attentiveness to us as diners but, suitably discreet. Very knowledgeable staff on the menu and wine list and what works well together. Food was good, very generous portions and well presented. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

My wife and I went for a quiet lunch to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary, we were greeted with a very warm welcome and made to feel that we mattered even if we were just having the set menu. We decided to add a few additions from the a la carte menu, which was absolutely no problem. We started with the pea and mint soup with fresh homemade bread - absolutely delicious. washed down with a glass of Charles Back fizz We then added a pasta course from the a la carte menu, a rose veal ragu with pasta , again superb. For the main course from the set menu we enjoyed the spatchcock poussin with the amazing confit potatoes and a glass of Casa Ferreirinha, Vinha Grande 21 Douro. Tender, and very tasty. For dessert from the set menu we had the ice cream sandwich, which after everything else was a bit of a let down. Overall a most enjoyable lunch, looked after really well by such a friendly and helpful team and to cap it all my wife was given the Quality Chop House cookbook!

As good as always. I have been going for years and am delighted with the changes to the menu. The white gazpacho was divine.
