The sophistication and glamour of the Rat Pack era comes alive at Michael Holmes’ Purple Room, the desert’s premier supper club. The Purple Room is where Frank, Sammy, Dean and their pals cavorted on and off the stage in the swinging 60s.

Step in and you’ll be transported back to the elegance of the era: an intimate and inviting room, classic cocktails, world-class cuisine and the best in live entertainment seven nights a week. Hobnob with celebrities, locals, and visitors alike at Michael Holmes’ Purple Room — where Palm Springs plays!

Tuesday-Thursday enjoy acclaimed jazz entertainers from 6:30 to 9:30, No cover.

Tuesday through Thursday is the best Jazz Happy Hour in Valley from 4:00 to 6:00

Friday through Sunday join us for dinner and a show (tickets required) featuring nationally-known entertainers.

Lovely setting with live jazz playing. Food was very good and service too. The only drawback is that we felt rushed between courses and the bill was dropped on our table before we were offered coffee. I asked for a cappuccino which was brought to me and was very good. It was Valentines weekend so it was busy

The PurpleRoom is a treasure. It’s perhaps one of the greatest dinner clubs in the Country. It is up there with the old Oak Room at the Algonquin Hotel in NYC. We have been to the Purple Room a number of times and always leave feeling fortunate to having such an incredible experience. The entertainment and food are unsurpassed. Nobody who visits Palm Springs should miss the opportunity to visit this iconic room.

Great entertainment and old school ambience. Fantastic bar, and the food was excellent. Wine list is a bit limited.

Wonderful experience such a friendly staff from entrance to table and then some. The entertainment was OVER THE TOP!

We enjoyed the food and the music and ambience. Our service was fantastic. We take issue with the fact that it explicitly says $99 pp “includes taxes and fees” yet you charged us tax on the total and you added a 20% tip that was not mentioned anywhere.

The Valentines day dinner was priced at $100 per person. The food was good, as was the service. Errors on a substitution I had requested were quickly corrected. Michael/Judy stopped by our to personally check on us.
