    Unbelievable service, food was amazing, the best steakhouse we have been at yet in the U.S.. Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. This is a Must Stop for anyone in Baltimore seeking a great experience and steak!!

    We’ve been dining at The Prime Rib in Baltimore for 25 years (throughout the 1990s, we dined at the Washington, DC outpost). It’s most definitely one of the most special dining destinations one can experience. The front entrance announces that this will be different, with The Prime Rib’s iconic logo prominently displayed on the entranceway carpets and on the front wall. The bar is sexy, and the dining room has lively piano playing throughout the evening. At the bar, Austin prepared us arguably the coldest martinis we’ve ever had—in the bar and at our table. There were icicles hanging from the glasses. The dining room was full, loud, and very energetic. The service was impeccable, as always. Bobby was like a Tasmanian devil the way he worked the room. He’s truly an all-star! We each started with a shrimp cocktail: four large shrimp served with a perfect cocktail sauce. Just the right amount of heat. For an entrée, we each enjoyed a jumbo lump crab cake—a Baltimore classic. Nice crust, good flavor and texture. We shared a side of steak fries, which were expertly cooked. Delicious! The complimentary, warm sesame loaf was heavenly and irresistible. For dessert, my wife carried out a slice of chocolate mousse pie, which she devoured in our hotel room. The Prime Rib in Baltimore gets our highest recommendation. Go for a special occasion. You won’t regret it.
