The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of ​the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its ​fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.

                                                        Very nice experience. Food was awesome. They even accommodated my lack of liking spicy food. Ambiance is lively!

                                                        Entire experience was fantastic. Hostess was very accommodating in getting us the table we wanted. Service was excellent. Food was creative and tasty.

                                                        The Pink Adobe was a wonderful dining experience for us. Chef Andrew is a culinary artist and his creations are outstanding. The chicken poulet reflected the Cajun cuisine typical of New Orleans, and the salmon and halibut were prepared to our taste. The ambiance was warm and casual, and the service is well-paced. We will continue to frequent this restaurant and look forward to our next dining experience at Pink Adobe. It deserves 10 stars out of a possible five.

                                                        What a disappointment. We have eaten here many times in the past but will not return. 1. The new menu was very limited. Very few vegetarian choices. Overly fried chili relleno. The shrimp was heavily breaded. 2. Service was fair. 3. Noise level was the worst part. We were seated in a small dining room with another family. There were 2 children at the table that were screaming, running around and the toddler was climbing on the walls!!! 4. Spoke with the manager after and she seemed totally uninterested.

                                                        Our experience at Pink Adobe was fantastic. A couple of us had the lamb special and a couple had the chicken creole. Both of them were fantastic. And the dessert was such a delight; I scooped the chocolate out of the little container to get every bit of it. It was a very enjoyable experience.

                                                        Appetizers were outstanding! Entrees a bit flat (perhaps the appetizers were too good!). Ambiance is great. People were good. Very happy we came. BTW, the Dragon bar was a HUGE disappointment. Confusing interior in need of a revamp and general refurbishment.

                                                        The food was unique and flavorful. We sat between a fireplace which was lovely and the door to the kitchen which was busy so it wasn’t the most romantic of spots but nice nonetheless. Our server was helpful and responsive.

                                                        We have always loved this restaurant and wanted to go during restaurant week. Two of the four diners had a good meal. The two, not so good. One guest didn't get his appetizer when the others received theirs. And we waited. When it finally arrived, the appetizer was cold. We had to ask two different staff to fix this. They tried. But the other diner had tough meat. The rooms are so great, but not a great value when the pulse of the meal delivery is faulty and flawed.
