Situé à 5520 Burnet Rd. (Suite 100), The Peached Tortilla propose une cuisine asiatique réconfortante, avec des variations du Sud. Bien que le restaurant ait incorporé quelques mets favoris de camions de bouffe à son menu—les tacos et les sliders en sont des exemples—certains nouveaux éléments viennent s'ajouter et s'inspire de l'enfance du chef Eric Silverstein qui a grandit en Asie. Ne manquez pas le Southern Fun (un sauté de nouilles de riz larges avec poitrine de boeuf, chou frisé, oignons et herbes), le Hanger Steak Ssam et le bol Malaysian Laksa. Fabulous brunch -- food was over the top, and service was knowledgeable and friendly! We dine there as often as we can, but this was our first time to try the brunch -- outstanding!

We ordered the Korean Steak and Eggs bowl and the Chicken Katsu Curry. Both very well prepare and tasted delicious. This is probably one of the best brunches I’ve had in Austin. Bravo

Every course of the 3 course meal was just off. Could have been improved in obvious ways. Chefs there are amateur or maybe the restaurant owner is cutting corners.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally made the road trip to try them out. Reserved on OpenTable for 2, was offered a small table asked for a larger one and got a bit of pushback but I explained I'm going to be ordering a lot of food and this tiny table wouldn't be ideal or a great experience and considering we were the first people to arrive at opening we figured it'd be fine and it was...Meredith was fantastic, this review is more about the food than the service because she was phenomenal! The food: Had the restaurant week menu Kale/peach salad: strawberry dressing is overpowering with a competing yogurt aftertaste Tsukemen: was cooked very nicely but incredibly bland even the pork belly somehow had no flavor Flan/milk bread: very pretty and tasty but milk bread was the best part maybe more strawberries might've complimented the flan better? Banchan pickles: pretty much all tasted the same, lightly pickled/vinegar Kimchi arancini balls: rice balls and zero kimchi flavor were also lacking in flavor which goes against everything kimchi that is typically packed with flavor Taco trio: banh mi and brisket These seemed to be the mist promising but like the rest of our experience it fell really flat and bland. Food is beautifully prepared and instagramable to the max but for $100 dinner, it certainly lacked the value with the lack of flavor Ambience was a wildly busy street and lots of hectic driving in and out of the single entry to the back parking lot and busy street outside

Amazing brunch items. I had the hash and the French toast and both didn’t disappoint. Also their drip coffee was on point. Can’t wait to try more dishes

Been a fan since I discovered the food truck years ago. Had to be in line early. I've never had a bad meal at TPT. The service is always friendly and attentive, and today was no exception. Their pork belly has always been my favorite and the pork belly buns today did not disappoint. They never do. This was my first brunch, but it definitely won't be my last.

The food is sooo amazing! Absolutely loved the Dan Dan Noodles and they had a spicy kick. The drinks were really good as well! Definitely a place I will go back to again!

We had the most delightful experience at The Peached Tortilla for our 12th wedding anniversary. We travelled in from out of town (about 4 hours) to celebrate. We were taken aback by the various ways the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Our waiter, Eli, was knowledgeable, personable and really great at anticipating our needs. We were lucky enough to meet Blake, the general manager, who was friendly, provided extra context about the menu items we selected, and really took care of us! At the end of the evening, we were surprised to receive a personalized “happy anniversary” card signed by their team. We will not stop singing their praises and cannot wait to return. I ordered the hangar steak ssam (which had been marinated for 48 hours) and my wife got their 3 course Austin Restaurant Week meal…we are currently experiencing a food coma but everything was incredible. Thank you again to The Peached Tortilla for making our evening so special and memorable.

Meredith provided amazing service! Food was also incredible except my tsukemen was kind of bland and really needed salt to dr it up. Will be back in the future.
