We were amazed that the restaurant was not more busy on a Friday night in September. That said, we had a great table, attentive wait staff, and absolutely wonderful meals.

We went for my mom’s birthday and the food was amazing! Great service! The sea bass melted in your mouth. We loved every bit of it from the apps to the desserts. Definitely recommend!

Julie was the best!! Food was also great but she was seriously amazing I’ve never had her at a table and she genuinely provides some of the best service I’ve ever had!

Had high expectations, old location in Copley was terrific and had many dinners there over the years. So was eager to check this kind of oddly located Palm. No valet parking. Temp in restaurant was like 60 degrees, the AC was cranking tonight. Wild place I loved it. Ceiling height is incredible and place is vibing. Service was great , except a little too attentive and over the top persistent. Interrupting super often . Had the shrimp garlic pasta, very good. Also had a 3lb stuffed lobster, very good too. But, food took close to an hour, got full of wine and bread, not much room for lobster. Dam! Nice Pinot Noir by the glass, but pricey. Fun place, definitely worth trying.

Went to Brunch with friends who had never been to The Palm before, recommended to us by Manager Bryan and everything was great! Jess took fantastic care of us and the food and service were both amazing! It was my friends birthday so they brought out a tiramisu with Happy Birthday on it! Top notch service! Amazing vibes!

do yourself a favor and order the blueberry ricotta pancakes. Fluffy, tangy, and bursting with fresh blueberries—they’re like a hug for your taste buds. But the star of the show? The crab cake Benedict. Perfectly poached eggs atop savory crab cakes, all drizzled with rich hollandaise. It’s the kind of dish that’ll make you forget every other Benedict you’ve ever had. Trust me, your brunch game will never be the same! And the staff there 10/10 this is our new go to brunch place for the weekends!

There was some discrepancy from the Restaurant Week menu list online and what was presented in the restaurant . The food and service was excellent and the setting is very nice

We just sampled the Palm's new brunch menu. There were a ton of great food options with creative cocktails. This is a wonderful option for weekend brunch.
