Le chef copropriétaire diplômé de la Culinary Institute of America Jonathan Spak conçoit ses menus, adaptés aux saisons, de façon à mettre en valeur ce que les fermes locales ont de meilleur à offrir. Il vous propose une cuisine américaine contemporaine aux influences et aux techniques provenant de l'Asie, du Sud-Ouest des États-Unis et de France. The new owners are doing a great job continuing to serve the cuisine that we love. I would only suggest that they have one person who controls the hostess station and the other seat people then make sure they have water. People will understand that they won’t be seated immediately. It was a wonderful evening and we can’t wait to go back to our favorite Inn.

We had a wonderful meal. Shared the egg rolls which were fun. The waitress who I think was LuAnn was very attentive and the Mountain View is superb. Very nice evening.

We had a lovely time. Very relaxing dinner. Not rushed. The two steak entrees and french fries were over salted. The Lava Cake dessert did not have any "Lava" (filling).

We have spent our last 9 anniversaries at Oxford House and always had excellent food and service. This year was different. Although the new owners have kept several of the same items, the food has deteriorated since Jonathan and Natalie’s departure. The wait staff are not as refined and the atmosphere was chaotic. We were charged for items we did not order and were charged extra for splitting an appetizer. Overall our experience was poor and I’m not sure we will be returning.

My wife and I ordered the vegan ravioli. We were both very disappointed and should have sent it back and the waitress and chef know. Food was cold and ravioli pan fried and overcooked. Would have been better steamed and hot. The rest of the meal including appetizers and chicken and steak entrees our dinner guests had were very good and generous portions. We’ve dined with our guests here before and always had a great meal.

My food was interesting and mostly tasty. The place itself needs a facelift. The service however was as terrible as I have ever in all my eighty years experienced. My companion’s food was not so good. We had to send our salads back because the shallots topping the layered bib and other lettuces were not just crisp but burned to a charcoal crisp. We waited 30 minutes to be waited in, ordered serial appetizers which came out at 30-45 minute intervals, and in those intervals we saw nothing of our server, except from a distance as she seemed fixated on the tablet that managed the orders. Others in the room with us, we could plainly hear, had different but equally unfortunate experiences. Finally, as we were enjoying a last beverage, the heretofore unhelpful servers decided to flip the room, crumb the tables(in one instance all over my right leg), charge the tan-ish polyester tablecloth’s and napkins, and chatter loudly anongst themselves about “those people.”. Wow! This place is not what it once was and there are only tiny teasing vestiges of it ever having been, as they proclaim, one of the top 100 restaurants in the country. What a terrible fall for the Oxford House and experience for us. Avoid if possible! And, Oxford House, get a grip! Or you are done done done, like those shallots.
