Located in the quiet hamlet of Olmstedville, NY, The Owl at Twilight brings approachable fine cuisine to the Adirondack Mountains of New York. The menu, while focusing mostly on Latin American Cuisine, is recognizable and blends many flavors and regions. We love the Owl - very nice fine dining in the Adirondacks! The jazz duo was a fabulous treat for our dinner - everyone was having a great time!

It was a slow night at restaurant so we had a nice corner table on rear porch. We had plenty of opportunity to chat with the owner and thoroughly enjoyed the apps( ceviche and mussels) we would have doubled up on ceviche if we knew how fresh it tasted. Both of us had Veal osso buco- excellent. Discussed wines and rums with owner and plan to buy the wine Carema and the rum , Pilar when home. Definitely plan to return

Food was very good as was the service. Staff was friendly and attentive. This was our first visit, but we will return. Recommend!

Try to make a dinner date at The Owl at least once a season & last night was it! Never, ever disappointed. Mark and only 1 server on for the entire restaurant but you’d never know it. A well oiled machine working hand-in-hand. Excellent drinks too! Food was exceptional as always with farm-to-table applications all around. Started with Mussels & bread basket to share & then Pork Osso Bucco for me and the special Salmon of the evening for him. Leftovers for me and no room for dessert. Can’t wait until next year!!

We love the Owl and dine there several times each season! Food and drinks are always wonderful and uniquely prepared. The back porch seating is the best! Enjoy!
