The Oregon Grille is one of our favorite high end restaurants to go to. However, the noise level last night was absolutely horrible! I had ask to be near the pianist because we always love the quiet background noise. The pianist also sang, but not overly loud which was nice. But the six top of men beside us was very loud and not just intermittently, but consistently for our entire time there. Even our waitress had difficulty hearing and us hearing her! As the evening wore on, the loud din worsened as more and more diners arrived. The prices are high and that did not help our experience especially with the poor ambience.

Excellent experience as always. Trevor & Paul (on well deserved vacation) make sure we have first class service. Daniel our server last evening was attentive and knowledgeable. Specifically appreciated his willingness to cater to our nut and legume allergy.

My husband was very happy with his NY Strip and Onion Soup for his birthday. I enjoyed the Dover Sole which was delicious though next time I will ask that the Almond Brown Butter Sauce be on the side so I can really taste the Dover Sole itself which I love. The Potato Gratin contained bacon which neither of us are fond of but I'm sure most probably are. The Carrot Cake was very yummy as was the Raspberry filled Chiffon Cake they gave the birthday boy. I also enjoyed my Champagne and Cappuccino, and my husband appreciated several glasses of the Ojai Syrah. They have a very nice wine list to choose from.

We had an excellent time at the Oregon Grill. The food was great, the wine was great and the service was great. Natalie took great care of us. We will definitely be back

I go out of my way to eat here when I’m in Baltimore. Atlas group has this historic site hitting on all cylinders. My fiancé and I had a dynamite meal in such a great setting. How fitting that the grandsons of a woman who once worked in this building back when it was a ski hill gift shop, now have revived this restaurant. That’s right skiing in Maryland and not just at Wisp. But I digress… For an all around great meal the Oregon Grille is a sure thing.

Dine in | Lunch | $100+ Let me start by saying, I have known the Oregon Grille pre grill (1997) to where it was a boutique and artist showings. I am not dumb to this house that was built in the 1770's by the Price Family. (have lived in GS Valley and own a 300 acre farm in this area.) So this review makes me pained and dumbfounded as a patron since 1997. Here is my recent review that pains me. "Came this day to enjoy a lunch. Knew it was expensive, but we wanted a change of scenery so we thought we go here to OG instead of our favorite spot, Petit Louis (Roland Park). Boy, were we the dummies. I should of read the reviews prior to going. We had been here many times before Atlas took over. Our waiter was new. Ok, we can still have fun knowing, just knowing, there would be 'kinks' ~ first the food. Truly not that special. The Caesar dressing was not like it used to be with very minimal flavor. Bone marrow was pretty good, but I can make this at home with more flavor and tenderness. Steaks (6 oz) were pretty tasteless without much flavor. A filet of beef should of be seared quickly so get some taste into it. Instead, I think they precooked them in sous-vied and gave them just a bit of color at the end. Mine was supposed to be extremely rare, it was more med/rare. I am a cattle-woman-owner of a farm for 50 years, so I know a good flavored steak and this (both) were not it. The service ~ was almost horrible. Took drink orders - which took about 15 minutes to get. Waited for another 15 minutes to get bread, but no butter. Had to ask management for butter. No sign of our appetizers, which appeared finally 30 minutes after sitting down. Finished and sat with our dirty plates before us until another wait staff asked us if we were done. We waited another 20 minutes for salads. Sat there again, and asked other wait staff to get our entrees because our initial waiter was non-existent. We never ordered dessert because we could not wait another minute $260.35 was wasted.
