Food overall was lovely. However, quite a gap between starter and main. All the theatre goers had left and we just waited. We were seated in the back room area which was cold so suggest anyone going in winter months to ask for the front of the venue. We had prebooked a table for a birthday but unfortunately no mention was made or request for a nice table. Yes would go again only if seated in the nicer area.

Have eaten here a number of times when coming to the RSC and always have a great experience as food and service excellent

We were going to the theatre and the staff were aware. Excellent t service and the food was delicious. We are returning customers but friends, will be new customers because they were equally impressed. See you again soon.

Pre-theatre dinner was served promptly with good grace. Staff knew start time of play. A la carte steak for him, with starter and pud, 3 course set menu for me and drinks total £120.

Long a favourite location for the dinner, two of the party were happy with the excellent value of the pre-theatre menu. One person was saddened by the addition of carrots and button mushrooms to the lasagna and the disappearance of the spinach pasta sheets. Lovely, helpful staff, efficient service, great ambience.

Excellent pretheatre venue. Staff are all very friendly and efficient: meals are served quickly to help us reach the theatre on time, yet you don't feel rushed. A good range of lovely, well presented meals to suit varied diets, even on the shorter fixed price menu. Although most covers are pairs or quadruplets I never feel out of place as a single.
