Le Nest est le plus célèbre restaurant-bar de Indian Wells. Depuis 1965, le restaurant a vu défiler de nombreuses célébrités, des légendes du golf et du tennis et d'autres client illustres. La longévité et la reconnaissance exceptionnelle du Nest s'expliquent aisément par la nourriture délicieuse qui y est servie, l'ambiance chaleureuse et divertissante qui y règne, les portions généreuses des rafraîchissements, ainsi que le service hors pair que vous souhaiteriez recevoir en tout temps... Athletic apparel, jerseys, beanies, bandanas, backwards ball caps, oversized or baggy clothing are prohibited. No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed. Clothing emitting offensive odors is not permitted to be worn anywhere on the property. <br />Admittance to The Nest is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed regardless of the reservation status. There's a warm glow that you won't find anywhere else in the Palm Springs area valley - It's been that way since 1966. Tim Burleson has appeared nightly at the nest since 1993. His open-ended run at The Nest has been marked by critical acclaim, standing-room-only crowds, star-studded audiences and guest artists. Dancing too!     Was disappointed that they changed the pork chop to include roasted potatoes instead of mashed. The roasted potatoes were awful. They were out of vanilla ice cream and carrot cake but said they would sub chocolate cake but when it came, it was a small piece of peanut butter cake. This has always been our favorite place to go to when we visit the Desert but truly tonight was a big disappointment.

    The Nest is a local institution, and rightly so. A very eclectic mix of patrons. However, it is probably the noisiest restaurant in the valley. Terribly so. I have good hearing, and the noise hurt my ears - every surface in the place is hard, reflective material. I measured the sound level ranging between 70-80 decibels. Sustained 70 decibel sound can cause hearing damage. I asked our wait person whether their ears rang at night after work, and they said 'absolutely - when I watch TV now I have to turn it way up to hear it!' I'm older, so more aware of uncomfortably loud environments. If noise, and shouting to talk across the table, are your thing, this is the place for you. As for me, if I choose to dine there again I'll bring earplugs. Seriously.

    The service and food are very good. We sat in the dining area, and the seating was excellent, with a view of the dining area. We look forward to returning shortly.

    The food was delicious and our server very attentive. It was so generous of them to give 40% off for their anniversary. It’s always noisy and fun!

    The evening was an 'Anniversary Celebration' for the Nest's 14 years of the present owners' ownership. The celebration offered their diners 40% discount on their dinner menu. I went on-line to look over the present menu selection and of course the price fare for the variety of entrees. When I received the menu at our table, the price fare was quite different. Quite a percentage more. I believe that the Nest changed out the menu for higher prices on the entrees for their 'Anniversary Celebration'. Therefore not truly a 40% discount on their 'regular' evening menu. It was a 40% discount on their updated 'Anniversary Celebration' menu. Switch and Bait. Our entrees were yummy but disappointed in changing out their 'Anniversary Celebration' menu at higher prices.

    It was very busy, waitress was wonderful. The cocktail (lemon drop) and our entrees were just “fine” kind of boring taste-wise. Perhaps that was because they were offering discount on entrees that night?

    Always an enjoyable experience. Excellent service and food. The bar atmosphere is friendly and lively. Excellent bar menu
