Southern Caesar Salad - Romaine hearts, prosciutto cracklins, shaved parmesan, lemon-caper caesar dressing.
Arugula & Baby Cucumber Salad - Pickled Peaches, Red Onion, Lemony Almonds, Smoked Goat Cheese, Herbed White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Pimento Cheese Fritters - Bacon marmalade, comeback sauce.
The Devil’s Eggs - ‘nduja egg filling, sriracha aioli, spicy pickle chip, dill.
Entrees
Croissant French Toast - Nashville hot maple syrup, bourbon cream cheese icing, scrambled farm eggs, with applewood bacon or sausage.
Southern Breakfast - Cornmeal pancakes, scrambled farm eggs, potato hash, applewood bacon or sausage.
Mill Burger - Double patty, pimento cheese, bacon marmalade, arugula, rootie’s pickles, brioche bun.
Shrimp and Grits - Heirloom cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, scallions, prosciutto cracklins’, smoked gouda grits, piquillo pepper-crab cream sauce.
Southern Fried Chicken Breast - Yukon gold mashed potatoes, green beans, “chainsaw” mill gravy.
Blackened Salmon - pimiento cheese grits, garlic spinach, meyer lemon vinaigrette.
Root Beer Braised Lamb - Applewood smoked blue cheese rice grits, swiss chard, crispy red onion, natural jus.
Spiral Cut Ham - Sharp cheddar mac n’ cheese, Brussels sprouts with apples & bacon, maple mustard glaze.
